	September 28, 2011 Ukrainian parliamentary deputy Olesia Orobets meets with Open World Trustee and Librarian of Congress James Billington Sept. 15. Deputy Orobets chairs an education subcommittee and is a pioneer in using social media to communicate with the Ukrainian electorate. Deputy Orobets also met with political and education leaders in Chicago and New York during her U.S. trip, which Open World helped organize.
