Open World Announces Grant Recipients for 2018

WASHINGTON, D.C. —Today, Open World Leadership Center announced grant recipients for 2018. Open World awarded grants to 11 non-profit organizations across the United States to further their programs for international exchanges.

All 2018 grant recipients will work directly with Open World to develop professional programming for more than 850 international leaders during the calendar year. Program themes for 2018 include: Accountable Governance, Civil Society, Ecology, Education and Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Health Care, Legislative Development, Library Science, Media Literacy, Members of Parliament, NGO Development, Rule of Law, Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM), Social Services, and Zoology.

On Monday, January 29, 2018, Open World’s grant recipients will convene in Washington, D.C. to discuss grant administration, program management, outreach to Congress, and additional programmatic responsibilities of a grant recipient.
