This program is a partnership with the John Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) and their Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Rising Leaders Fellowship. The program brings emerging leaders from ASEAN member countries and its Secretariat to the United States for leadership development and valuable exchange with Americans on shared policy issues in hopes of deepening the U.S.-ASEAN relationship.
