Congress

As a support agency of the U.S. Congress*, the Congressional Office for International Leadership has hosted 32,000 delegates through its Open World program across all 50 states. In 2025, COIL hosted 92 in-person Open World groups comprising 623 delegates in 74 communities across 28 states. These programs covered dozens of congressional districts and engaged in over 100 congressional meetings both locally and in Washington, D.C.
