This program is a partnership with the Rumsfeld Foundation which brings together leaders from Central Asia, Mongolia, the Caucuses, and Afghanistan (CAMCA) to exchanges experiences with their U.S. counterparts and forge enduring connections and foster stronger relations between the U.S. and the CAMCA region.
