WASHINGTON, D.C. - The Congressional Office for International Leadership (COIL) is pleased to welcome its first Presidential Management Fellow into the role of Congressional Relations Specialist. Chris Radcliffe is a recent graduate from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies. Chris brings years of congressional, public and private sector experience to COIL.

The Presidential Management Fellowship is a highly competitive program that appoints recent graduates to federal agencies and departments, providing them with unique training opportunities to become the next generation of leaders in public service. Fellows gain invaluable experience and insights that shape their careers and contribute to effective governance.

Founded in 1999 by Congress, the Congressional Office for International Leadership maintains a vast network of more than 30,000 alumni in partner countries. It’s Open World program supports legislative diplomacy efforts for Members of Congress by conducting exchanges that establish authentic communication and enduring relations that are maintained through its extensive alumni network.
