COIL Logistics Support Services Pre-Solicitation Announcement- September 27, 2023

Notice to Interested Parties:

The Congressional Office for International Leadership (COIL) plans to solicit for services to support to assist in the management of international and domestic travel and other logistical and administrative arrangements for the program including expert services for processing program participants, maintaining program database information, and maintaining regular contact with former participants and reporting on their post program activities.

The follow provides acquisition details:

a. NAICS Code 541611 applies (size standard - $24.5M).
b. The government anticipates a cost-plus fixed fee contract for the support services.
c. The government anticipates a competitive acquisition using FAR Part 15 guidelines.
d. The government intends to select the successful awardee using best value source selection approach.

It is the responsibility of any potential offeror to review the OpenWorld.gov webpage to obtain a copy of the solicitation and any amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation and attachments.
