Rule of Law

The Rule of Law Program brings together international judges, prosecutors, legal experts, and judiciary staff to engage with members of Congress on upholding judicial independence, legal transparency, and best practices in legal writing, decision-making, and court procedures. Strengthening the rule of law in partner countries creates more stable and predictable environments for American investment and collaboration.
